Whether you’re an accomplished player or simply looking to get into the game, the quickest and easiest way to play better golf and lower your scores is to book a lesson with one of our PGA Professionals. Cambridge Country Club has a strong and talented coaching and teaching team made up of two PGA Professionals on hand to provide you with assistance and advice.

Cambridge Country Club offers golf tuition on a personal one-to-one basis, as well as in groups. We offer beginners group classes, ladies clinics and we also have a thriving junior coaching programme. Lessons can range from a 30 minute quick fix, to a series of 3 or 5 lessons right through to a 3 or 6 month coaching programme for the serious golfer.

Our coaching facilities include a putting green, a practice bunker, a practice chipping area, a short game area and a seven-bay driving range along with grass area. The teaching team also offer on-course tuition, where technique and the tactical side to the game can be addressed at the same time. We also offer a state of the art indoor golf simulator which can be used for coaching throughout the winter, or on request if the golfer would like to receive a data focussed approached to their session.

We understand golf is a ‘Game For Life’, so our lessons are tailor-made to suit the individual, aiming towards improving people’s performance and enjoyment of the game. This is achieved through precise swing analysis followed by clear instruction and easy-to follow practice drills, which allows us to install solid foundations and good fundamentals, as well as combining the individual’s own natural flair and style.
