Q & A
Can we hold the ceremony at Cambridge Country Club?
Absolutely. The Royal Suite is licensed for up to 200 guests.
Can we hire the Royal Suite on a Room Only basis?
Room only hire is available. The event team will be happy to discuss the option with you.
Are you able to offer outdoor space for our guests?
Whilst our stunning golf course is not available for wedding guests, we do of course welcome golfers within your party to make use of day passes on request, tailored to their individual level of ability.
Are we able to use the spa, gym or swim facilities on the day?
We welcome bridal parties looking to enjoy the facilities ahead of the wedding day and can arrange spa appointments on request. Wedding party guests are also able to book day passes for the Club by arrangement.
Are there any additional costs?
We can share our recommended suppliers list to help you add that personal touch to your celebration. Florists, music, venue styling, photographers and stationery will attract an additional cost.
Can I bring my own suppliers?
Yes, of course. We also have a list of preferred suppliers that we can share with you. We’ll just need you to provide the details and any relevant certificates, e.g. DJ – PAT Certificate, Liability insurance etc
Is there parking on-site?
Yes. Ample free on-site parking is available to all guests.
What time is the bar available in the Royal Suite?
Our bar will close at 11.30am, with guests departing by midnight.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Final payment will be requested one month prior to your wedding date.
